Call for Submissions
Extended Deadline for Submission:
15th April 2025 (end of day, last time zone of the world)
Submission Type:
The conference welcomes abstracts for both completed studies and research proposals from academics, researchers, practitioners, educators, policy-makers, the third sector, and students.
Two types of presentations (15-minute single paper presentation or poster presentation) are accepted.
Single Paper Presentation
Single paper submissions allow accepted authors to give a 12-15 minute oral presentation of their research at the conference. The Scientific Committee will review and group these submissions into paper sessions, each consisting of three to four presentations. Additionally, single paper submissions will be considered for poster presentations unless authors choose to opt out. Presenters must present in person.
Poster Presentation
Poster presentations offer a valuable opportunity for interactive discussions between presenters and attendees. Authors are required to be present during the designated poster session to engage with participants. Please note that all posters must be presented in person, as there is no online presentation option available
We welcome both completed papers/studies and research proposals for poster presentations. Presenters can use their posters to showcase research proposals, seek potential collaborations, or gather valuable feedback and suggestions.
