Presenter Guidance

All the presenters need to finish Abstract Submission and Registration.


The abstract submission deadline is 15th April 2025 (end of day, last time zone of the world).


The organisers will prioritise streaming papers in sessions with documents on similar topics/disciplines wherever possible. The results will be announced by the middle of April. Accepted presenters must register by 30th April 2025 to secure their place in the programme.
