Nurturing the Strength in the Face of Adversity


In a complex and rapidly changing world, individuals often find themselves grappling with a myriad of challenges and uncertainties, which can evoke fear and anxiety due to a lack of understanding and guidance. This conference endeavours to shed light on two critical aspects: (a) understanding the antecedents of different types of adversity and (b) promoting effective interventions to facilitate change and navigate through these adversities. By merging theory and practice, we aim to bridge the gap between understanding the antecedents of adversity and implementing effective interventions, ultimately empowering individuals to navigate challenges with resilience and create positive change in their personal lives and communities.
